If you’re genuinely good at what you do, you’re probably especially vulnerable to this. Because when someone gives you two hours of their attention, you want to earn it.
You want to overdeliver.
You want to answer every question. Show them the whole framework. Explain the nuances. The edge cases. The implementation steps. The thing behind the thing behind the thing.
So you add another framework. Another worksheet. Another seventeen slides. Another implementation exercise.
Because you want everyone leaving saying:
“Holy shit. That was SO much value.”
And they do.
Then they go home with forty-seven pages of notes, six new strategies and enough information to keep themselves occupied for the next three months.
Which sounds great… Except you were hoping some of them would hire you.
I know because I used to be horrendous for this.
I gave away massive free courses. I ran webinars where I taught entire frameworks designed to solve every conceivable angle of the problem.
And every time, I thought: If I can just make this MORE valuable, MORE comprehensive, MORE impressive… surely more people will want to work with me.
So I taught more. And my sales went down.
Not because the information sucked. Because it worked exactly as intended.
People left with enough information to go try solving everything themselves. They thanked me. They complimented the training. They told me how much they learned.
Then they disappeared into a Google Doc for three months.
This is what I call the Teach-You Trap:
Confusing more information with more reason to buy.
And it’s particularly dangerous because it comes from one of your best instincts.
You actually give a shit. You want people to leave better than they arrived.
I’m not going to teach you to stop doing that. I’m going to show you something much more useful:
A sales workshop has a different job than a course.
Your job isn’t to teach your audience everything you know.
It’s to create the handful of realizations that change how they see the problem—and what they believe they need to do next.
Because somewhere between…
“That was really helpful.”
and…
“Holy shit. I need this.”
…there’s a gap.
One missing realization standing between your prospect and the decision to buy.
I call it the Belief Gap.
Most workshops accidentally bury it underneath an avalanche of “value.”
I’ll show you how to find it—then structure your workshop around a sequence of micro-agreements that leads your audience toward that realization themselves.
So when you finally make the offer, you don’t have to suddenly transform from helpful teacher into weird internet closer.
At first, sales calls make sense.
You have a few leads. You jump on Zoom.
You explain what you do, answer their questions, make the pitch, and close the client.
Beautiful. Let's do it again.
You start to try to scale.
And suddenly your reward for growing the business is spending Tuesday afternoon explaining the exact same thing to six different people.
More leads means more calls.
More sales means more calendar.
And the business you’ve been trying to scale starts quietly robbing you of the one resource you can never manufacture more of:
Your time.
There is another way.
Instead of pitching one person at a time…
Get ten, twenty, fifty—or eventually hundreds—of the right people into the same room.
Give them an experience worth more than they paid for.
Shift the beliefs standing between them and the result they want.
Then present your offer as the natural way to actually implement what they’ve now realized they need.
One presentation. One pitch. One-to-many sales.

And unlike a free webinar, where you spend hours teaching and "delivering value" by giving away all your best stuff (with grateful but tired attendees who don't buy)…
they paid you to attend the pitch.
This is the part that makes paid workshops so interesting.
Most businesses spend money to create sales opportunities:
Ads cost money. Salespeople cost money. Your time on calls costs money.
Even a “free” webinar requires you to somehow manufacture a room full of people willing to give you an hour or two of their attention.
A paid workshop is just BUILT DIFFERENT.
You create something small, specific and immediately useful enough that the right people will happily pay to attend.
Now instead of acquiring another pile of free leads and praying some percentage eventually buys… you begin the relationship with a customer.
They’ve already pulled out their card. They’ve already demonstrated that the problem matters. They’ve already invested attention into solving it.
And if the workshop is designed correctly, the thing they buy next doesn’t feel like a surprise pitch stapled awkwardly onto the final fifteen minutes.
It feels like the logical next step.
That’s what I’m going to show you how to build.
I’ll show you how to find a workshop concept attached to an immediate, painful and buyable problem—and put it in front of the market before wasting weeks building it.
We’ll find the Belief Gap standing between your audience and the sale, then identify the micro-agreements that need to happen along the way.
No awkward:
“Okayyyyy… so now I’d like to tell you about my program…”
You’ll learn how to transition from the workshop into the offer in a way that feels natural to you, and exciting to your participants.
Finally, we’ll turn the workshop into something you can actually use again and again.
Idea → pre-sell → paid attendees → workshop → offer → customers → community → next workshop.
Instead of starting from zero every time you want to launch something, each workshop gives you more buyers, more customers and more people inside your ecosystem.

You’ll leave knowing:
You’ll also have the actual slide structure to build it from.
Which brings me to…
The complete validate → pre-sell → belief shift → close → repeat system.
The complete presentation architecture, including the full pitch structure.

Including every future paid workshop I release inside the community.
This makes the most sense if you already have expertise people pay for.
You do NOT need a huge audience.
You do need something worth selling.
This workshop is not designed to magically rescue an offer nobody wants.
It’s designed to take genuine expertise and put a better sales mechanism underneath it.

I’m Anthony Manuele.
I’m the co-founder of Just Frank, and I’ve spent more than a decade somewhere in the messy intersection of coaching, marketing, positioning, offers, funnels, copywriting, communities, paid traffic and selling things on the internet.
I’ve sold high-ticket offers one conversation at a time. I’ve built memberships and courses. I’ve run ads. I’ve built funnels. I’ve coached other coaches on how to package and sell what they know.
And over time I became increasingly obsessed with one question: How do you build a business where making more sales doesn’t require giving more of your life to the sales process?
Paid workshops are one of the highest-leverage—and honestly, most FUN—answers I’ve found.
You get to teach. You get to create something genuinely useful. You get to bring people together. But instead of separating “providing value” from “making sales,” the whole thing works together.
Teach one-to-many. Sell one-to-many. Get paid to create the sales conversation. Keep every buyer inside an ecosystem you can continue serving afterward.
This workshop is the system I wish I had when I was still explaining the same offer over and over on Zoom. I’ll show you exactly how I think about it.
There will always be situations where a sales call makes sense.
But it should be a choice. Not the structural requirement underneath your entire business.
You already figured out how to serve more than one person. You already figured out how to market to more than one person. Now build a way to sell to more than one person.
For a couple of hours, I’ll show you how.
And because this is a paid workshop about building paid workshops… Yes. You’re going to experience the entire model while I’m teaching you how to use it.
Very meta.
